If 40ml of 1.60M HCl and 60 ml of 2M NaOH is mixed calculate the concentration of Na+, Cl-,OH,- ions

OH: (1.6*.04+2*0.6)/.100

I think (OH^-) should be as follows:.
.......................HCl + NaOH ==> NaCl + H2O
I mmols...64.......120............0...........0
C....................-64........-64..........+64........+64
E.......................0..........56............64........64
So the (OH^-) comes from what's left of the OH from the NaOH. That ignores any OH from the H2O for Kw.
Then (OH^-) = millimoles/mL = 56/100 = 0.56 M.
