0.96 in 1/2 liter is 1.92 g in ONE liter
so how many mols is 1.92 grams of Mg Cl2 ??
Mg = 24.3 g /mol
2 Cl is 35.5 * 2 = 71 g /mol
so MgCl2is 95.3 g/mol
sum = 166.3 g/mol
so
1.92 g /166.3 g/mol = .012 mols/liter
so how many mols is 1.92 grams of Mg Cl2 ??
Mg = 24.3 g /mol
2 Cl is 35.5 * 2 = 71 g /mol
so MgCl2is 95.3 g/mol
sum = 166.3 g/mol
so
1.92 g /166.3 g/mol = .012 mols/liter
