How far does a photon (light) move in one nm in units of feet?

A nanometer (nm) is already a unit of length. Convert 10^-9 m to feet.

Did you really mean to ask how far it moves in a ns (nanosecond or 10^-9 second)? That question makes more sense. The answer would be about 1 foot (30 cm).
