Dissolve the lead carbonate in the HNO3, evaporate the HNO3 to dryness, add water to dissolve the lead nitrate formed, add Na2CO3 and evaporate the excess H2O.
PbO + 2HNO3 ==> H2O + Pb(NO3)2
Pb(NO3)2 + Na2CO3 ==> PbCO3 + 2NaNO3
PbO + 2HNO3 ==> H2O + Pb(NO3)2
Pb(NO3)2 + Na2CO3 ==> PbCO3 + 2NaNO3
