area of sides = pi r L
area of bottom = pi r^2
if the height is 7 and the radius is 8 then the slant height, the hypotenuse
L = sqrt ( 49 +64) = sqrt ( 113 ) = 10.63
the area of the sides is then pi * 8 * 10.63 = 267.2
the area of the bottom is pi *64 = 201.1
the sum = 468.3
area of bottom = pi r^2
if the height is 7 and the radius is 8 then the slant height, the hypotenuse
L = sqrt ( 49 +64) = sqrt ( 113 ) = 10.63
the area of the sides is then pi * 8 * 10.63 = 267.2

Do you guys realise that the diameter is 8 which means the radius is 4. And the slant height is 7 not the regular height
