1. How much will it cost to run a 1500-watt swimming pool heater continuously for 5 hours if the utility company is charging 10 cent per kWh?

kW =1500/1000 = 1.5.
kWh = 1.5 * 5 = 7.5.
Cost = 7.5 * 10 = 75 Cents.
