m = (-3-(-4))/(-4-(-8)) = 1/4.
Y = mx + b.
-4 = (1/4)*(-8) +b,
b = -2. = Y-int.
Eq: Y = (1/4)x - 2.
0 = (1/4)x - 2.
X = 8 = x-int.
m = (-3-(-4))/(-4-(-8)) = 1/4.
