What do you think the answer is for each of them?
WHen the bases are the same and you are dividing you can subtract the exponents. It is a "fast" way to do the reducing : )

z^9/z^3 = z^(9-3) = z^6
or, consider that
z^9/z^3 = (z^6*z^3)/z^3 = z^6

0/85 = 0
so, ANY positive value is greater than zero, right?

since 9 = 3^2, the square root is 3
I think if you consider the others, you will soon see that they cannot be integers.
