A SELLER bought 120 eggs for #250. Out of these, 20 eggs got cracked and were sold at 50 each. The remaining eggs she later sold for #2.75 each. Find the percentage gain.

gain: 285-250 = 35
% gain = 35/250 = 0.14 = 14%

285/250 * 100% = 114%.
%gain = 114% - 100% = 14%.
