Order these numbers from least to greatest

1\4, 15%, 0.08, 9.3%
Do I make them all into decimals first?

Is 9.3% = 0.093. Is it because it is a percent of something.
I divided it into 100. Is that right?

You're basically just taking all of the numbers, and making them decimals, then finding out which one is bigger, and which one is smaller. And then, order them from least to greatest.

So what I got is 0.093, 0.15, 0.003, and 0.08. So putting them in order from least to greatest would be 0.08, 0.15, 0.003, 0.093 right? Whoever sees this leave a like or tell me if I'm correct. For now, I'll submit this.
