A = 1/2 bh
so,
dA/dt = 1/2 (b dh/dt + h db/dt)
= 1/2 (10 * 2 + 70 * -1)
= -25 ft^2/s
so,
dA/dt = 1/2 (b dh/dt + h db/dt)
= 1/2 (10 * 2 + 70 * -1)
= -25 ft^2/s
