In the sentence "ou prenez vous des cours de maths?" can I replace "des cours de maths" with "en?"

Don't forget the necessary accents! Où prenez-vous (hyphen) and yes you can replace "des cours de maths: with en, but be sure the person to whom you are speaking understands what the "en" refers to.
