Which of the following is not a reason why the confederate Army was able to take control of Fort Sumter?
A. The Confed. Army had fort Sumter surrounded
B. The confed. troops broke through the fort’s defenses and invaded the fort.
C. The confed. Army placed a blockade around the fort to prevent supplies from reaching it.

I’m confused on this question because to me it seems like they did all of these. However, if I had to choose I would probably choose B. Am I correct? Please help ASAP. Thank you :)
