It can't be 2 because that's just not the right thing to do. It can't be 1 either because when you're sad or upset you don't just go straight to listening to music. So which one do you think it is? Whats the first thing you do when you're sad? A hint is you do this subconsciously. Either 3 or 4. Hope this helps.
