At the moment car A starts from rest and accelerates at 4.0 m/s^2, car B passes it, moving at a constant speed of 28 m/s. how long will it take car A to catch up with car B?

1/2 a t^2 = v t ... 1/2 * 4 * t^2 = 28 t ... t^2 = 14 t
