Is this sentence grammatically correct?

I think it’s about time schools change their longtime traditional starting hours to accommodate teenagers’ well-being.

It's o.k., but I'd insert "that" between "time" and "schools."

Do you need to keep "I think"? Or is it clear that this is your opinion you're stating?
Answered by Writeacher
And I agree with Ms. Sue about adding "that" in the sentence.

Another question I have is whether you need to keep both "longtime" and "traditional" in there. Since they mean the same thing, take one out.
Answered by Ms. Sue
I agree with Writeacher's suggestions.
