Your 2nd and 3rd are correct.
I don't understand why you can't do the first one, it is the same type as the 2nd.

change = 12.36 - 8.41
= 3.95
Percentage change = 3.95/8.41 = .4696.. = appr 47%

You must have done the same steps in #2 to get the answer correct in that one.
