by definition, the prob(some event) is a number between 0 and 1
where 0 represents "ain't going to happen"
and 1 is "absolute certainty"
e.g. Prob(I will go to Mars within the next week) = 0
Prob(that I will die) = 1

btw, C is the correct answer
