Three sisters shared some mangoes in the ratio of 5:3:2.if one with the smallest ratio received 25 mangoes, find the number of mangoes shared?

I assume by "one with the smallest ratio" you mean the one who received the smallest amount. In that case, multiply everything by 25/2 and the ratios become

125/2 : 75/2 : 25

But that requires some split mangoes. The total is 125 mangoes.
