According to law of conservation of momentum-
Momentum before explosion=momentum after explosion
mv=m1v1+m2v2
14×0=5×-70+9×v2
0=-350+9v2
350=9v2
v2=350÷9
v2=38.89 m/s
Momentum before explosion=momentum after explosion
mv=m1v1+m2v2
14×0=5×-70+9×v2
0=-350+9v2
350=9v2
v2=350÷9
v2=38.89 m/s
