I think it is either 25 feet or 156.25 feet.

1. A = 100Ft^2.
L = sqrt(100)= 10Ft. = Length of each side.
10Ft/side * 4sides = 40 Ft.
3. A perfect square is a number whose square root is a whole number:
9, 25, 144 and 36 are perfect squares, because their square root is a whole number.
4. sqrt(625) = 25 Ft./side.
5. Correct.
