Marge said that she subtracted 20 from both sides of an equation to solve it. Kollin thinks that the equation she was solving could have been 6+t=20. Does Kollin's reasoning make sense? Explain.

No it does not make sense. If u take 20 from 6, it would be -14. The variable is 14. It is understood that 6+14=20. In conclusion, the answer doesn’t make senese because u can not subtract 20 from both sides
