Ok, that's what I thought of at first, I was just going for the more "ironic" answer, but I suppose "the speech is famous & people have not forgotten" is more accurate

Actually, it was just "the speech is famous." I guess its because that Lincoln had already claimed that the battle would be remembered, so it was unnecessary to say it again... I think that's a little stupid of the question, but whatever
