Can anyone give me a link to a short article on immigration from Latin America. Whenever I search for one I only find really long articles. I need to easily summarize the article.

Is it possible that you have to read an article before you can summarize it? Finding a short piece you can copy and paste is not summarizing. Perhaps you need to narrow your search. For example, are you only interested in the 20th and 21st centuries, since World War II, since 2000, during the G.W. Bush administration, the Obama administration, what?

to where? latin Americans have been migrating to Europe, South America, and N America. I doubt if you will find a "short" meaningful article to summarize, and I suspect that is the exact reason your teacher assigned this, to teach you to critically read, and summarize the main points.
