H=K+log(A/C)

H - K = log(A/C)
H - k = logA - logC
logA = H - K + logC

A = 10^(H - K + logC)

subtracting K ... H - K = log(A/C)

10^(H-K) = A/C ... C [10^(H-K)] = A
