I'm in algebra class, and my graphing calculator isn't allowed. So I'm trying to get used to using a ti-36xsolar.
I can't figure out how to put in simple algebraic expressions though, like 2x+1.
In my graphic calculator, i could put that in and it solves it. With the ti-36 - I can't make the "x" show up/find the correct button.
I've already checked the online manuals. I hope this isn't the wrong place, but i'm desperate. Anyone know how?

I don't believe algebratic expressions are allowed on that calc.
