a British researcher developed a formula to determine walking or running speed based on hip height and stride length. The formula is s= 0.78l ^1.67/ h^1.17 where s is speed in meters per second l is stride length in meters, and hi is the individual hip height, in meters. Calculate the walking speed of an individual whose hip height is 0.93 meters and their stride length is 1.25
Here is my work
given h=0.93 and l=1.25
s= 0.78l^1.67/h^1.17
s= 0.78(1.25)^1.67/(0.95) 1.17
= 1.13222913/0.918597057
=1.23m/s
I am not sure that I have done the calculation right.

just notice that you had .93 in the given data, but used
.95 in your calculations.
So check that
