The (-(2)/(3)) part is just (1/3)(-2)
so we can write it as
[ 27^(1/3) ]^-2 ----> 27^(1/3) is the cube root of 27 or 3
= 3^-2
= 1/3^2
= 1/9
so we can write it as
[ 27^(1/3) ]^-2 ----> 27^(1/3) is the cube root of 27 or 3
= 3^-2
= 1/3^2
= 1/9
