Wait... I just searched up the question and I found out that this existed... YOU ARE ALL IN THE SET 1 CLASS OMG IM GOING TO COLLAPSE ASIUOGSASUG ok cool

increase of 7% = 100% + 7 = 107% divided by 100 = 1.07
1.07^3 = 1.225043

decrease of 3% = 100% - 3% = 97% divided by 100 = 0.97
0.97^2 = 0.9409

12000 x 0.9409 = 11290.80
11290.80 x 1.225043 = 13831.7155

rounded to the nearest whole number of pounds = £13832
