Well in my interview, i found the following:
-started the first spanish book club in iowa
-starred in first spanish play performed in iowa
-is a member of more than 10 local committees
-created a safe zone for daca students
-she is a multicultural specialist
-she goes to india every winter to help an underprivileged school for disabled kids





Now, my question is, how do i make this to answer the question "why should the reader care?" (the only reader will be my proffessor, who is a white man)

I think if you tell the woman's story well, most people, male and female, of any ethnic background, should find it interesting. She sounds like a fascinating person bringing awareness to the people around her. Don't assume your professor is going to be uninterested just because he's white and male. I'm a white male and I find Dolores Huerta a fascinating and very admirable activist and person. Your subject sounds just as interesting in her way, too.
