    f(2x) shrinks horizontally by a factor of 2 (x only has to be 1/2 as big to achieve the previous value)
f(-2x) shrinks then reflects across the y-axis
-f(-2x) then reflects across the x-axis
-f(-2x)+5 then shifts up by 5
    
f(-2x) shrinks then reflects across the y-axis
-f(-2x) then reflects across the x-axis
-f(-2x)+5 then shifts up by 5
