Describe the function resulting from reflecting f(x)=x^3+2x^2-x+5 about the x-axis and then the y-axis. Does the order of the reflections matter?

x then y: (x,y)->(x,-y)->(-x,-y)
y then x: (x,y)->(-x,y)->(-x,-y)

f(x) -> -((-x)^3+2(-x)^2-(-x)+5)
