There is no constant multiplier! If there's an increase in exports of something, there's a multiplier effect in jobs created, more money flowing in the economy, etc. If exports go down, the reverse effect applies. It's situational. READ THE ARTICLE!

There seems to be no such number, which you should understand if you understand the article. Your teacher may be using the concept in a different way, asking for something different.
