connexus student here! i’m taking the unit test for L11U4 real numbers and the coordinate plane unit test, and the answer to number 11 is B, because the nonterminating decimal 0.02020202... is repeating. Therefore, it can be converted to a rational number like Asuna Yuuki said. Hope this helps! :)
