I have a question, if f(x)=x/2 and g(x)=3x+1 find:

a)(f+g)(x).

i do x/2+3x+1, how do i do this??

then how do i subtract those numbers, an how do i multiply them??

and f(g(x)) i got for my final answer 3x+1/2. is that right??
