(x-3)^2 + (-2-1)^2 = 16

x^2 -6 x + 9 + 9 = 16

x^2 - 6 x + 2 = 0

x = [ 6 +/- sqrt(36 -8) ]/2

x= 3 +/- sqrt 7 and y = -1 of course
