AB: (y-2) = (p-2)/(k-3) (x-3)
CD: (y-3) = (p-1)/(k+3) (x+4)
At (1,-2) we have
-4 = -2(p-2)/(k-3)
-5 = 5(p-1)/(k+3)
-4(k-3) = -2(p-2)
-5(k+3) = 5(p-1)
now just solve for k and p.
