A few children are playing around the carousel at the park. You see that one of them can't hold on to the edge of the carousel ( that has a radius of 2m) when it takes less than 3.0s to do one full revolution.
a) what's the acceleration that the kid can manage?
b) what would be the minimum period of revolution that the kid can stay on if the radius was 4m

acceleration= w^2*r=(2pi/3)^2*2=8PI^2/9 m/sec^2
Period
8PI^2 /9=(2pi/period)^2*4
solve for period
Period
8PI^2 /9=(2pi/period)^2*4
solve for period
