find the slant asymptote of t(x)=2x^2-4x+5/3-x

Just divide:

(2x^2-4x+5)/(3-x) = -2x-2 + 11/(3-x)

As x gets huge, the 11/(3-x) becomes negligible, and the asymptote is thus

y = -2x-2
