I don't know the actual answers but all I know is that you shouldn't trust the answers above because they will get you a 3/17 and low scores like me :).
Anyways, the essay questions...
1.) This is not a random sample. It is not a random sample because he only chose the students who received hot lunch that day.
2.) This is misleading because it does not start at the beginning of the graph. A way to make this not so misleading is starting at the beginning of the graph.
