It is winter where Jenna lives. It’s been snowing all day, but now the snow has changed to sleet and then to freezing rain.

What is happening at Jenna's house then- temperature-wise?

for question 19 I wrote this:

"Global warming" is the gradual increase of temperature in the earth's atmosphere. Global warming is also attributed to the greenhouse effect caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide, chlorofluorocarbons, and other pollutants. Ways to reduce global warming are powering your home with renewable energy, Using energy-efficient appliances, making sure to not waste any water, and using less electronics around the house.

for question 20 I also wrote this:

Well, for the snow to have changed to sleet and then freezing rain the temperature in the atmosphere must have gotten warmer. "Snow" starts off as moisture in the sky and clouds once the clouds are full with the little droplets they release them. It may seem like rain but if the temperature is at or below freezing the droplets come together and form snowflakes. "Sleet" forms in layers of the air. during precipitation, if the temp is at or a little higher than freezing at cloud level, water in the air freezes into ice crystals, and the crystals stick together to make sleet. "Freezing rain" forms right as falling snow encounters a layer of warm air that is deep enough for the snow to melt completely and become rain. Then when the super-cooled drops strike the frozen ground, they instantly freeze, forming a thin film of ice.
