If the frequency of an RC oscillator connected to CLKIN is 96 KHz on A PIC 16F877a, the frequency on CLKOUT would be?

In RC mode, OSC2 pin outputs CLKO, which has 1/4 the frequency of OSC1/clckin and denotes the instruction cycle rate.
