use integer values of x from-3 to 3 to graph the equation y=2x^2=3

can you tell me the coordinates, then i can graph it, i just dont understand how to get them. thanks.

x=0, y=2*0^2+3 = 0+3 = 3
x=1, y=2*1^2+3 = 2+3 = 5

and so on for the other values.
