Could you please check these sentences and also let me know which one is correct for #2

1)Yesterday my father worked a lot.
Hier, mon père a travaillé beaucoup.
2)Where did your fahter work?
is it: où ton père a travaillé?
or: où a ton père travaillé?
or: où est-ce que ton père a travaillé?
or: où ton père a-t-il travaillé?
3) He worked in the garden
il a travaillé dans le jardin; nous
avons un grand jardin.

1. I like it but you "might" hear also "a beaucoup travaillé."
2. Here's the best one, "Où ton pére a-t-il travaillé?" OR "Où a-t-il travaillé ton père?" Even, with straight-word-order, "Où est-ce que ton père a travaillé?"
