Hello,
I am planning to teach my 5th grade class how to write a persuasive letter to the President of the United States. However, I need to show them a few examples of how other students wrote their persuasive letters about particular issues. Where online could I find sample persuasive letters that were written by actually students?

excellent sites on writing persuasive letters. Lots of ideas and connecting links.

However, I do not believe you will find examples of student written material on line.

You might ask your supervising teacher if there are copies of student material from years past that you could copy after removing the names.

You will find some interesting examples here. Some of the children who wrote them later became famous themselves. (That may be why they are available in the National Archives)
