How much heat is required to raise the temperature of 100g of copper from 293 kelvin to 373 kelvin(specific heat capacity of copper 400j/kg/k).

heat=mass*specificheat*changeintemp
units: change mass 100g to kg (0.10kg) or change specific heat to j/gK, ie (0.400j/gK )
