which salt solution would have the highest ph and why

KI,KBr,KF,KCL or they all have the same ph.

Im leaning towards KF since im pretty sure the other salts are neutral?

KI, KBr, KCl are neutral. You're right.
F^- + HOH ==> HF + OH^-
and it's the OH that gives it the higher pH.
