R = pL/A
A = pi*r^2 = pi*(2r)^2 = pi*4r^2.
R2 = 2pL/(pi*4r^2) = pL/Pi*2r^2.
A = pi*r^2 = pi*(2r)^2 = pi*4r^2.
R2 = 2pL/(pi*4r^2) = pL/Pi*2r^2.
