my question is
Identify the percent of change as increase or a decrease. Then find the percent of change. Round to the nearest tenth of a percent, if necessary. 1/3 to 2/3. How do I figure it out? I put 33% decrease

2/3 = 1/3 + 1/3

so, it has doubled, making a 100% increase.

a 33.3% decrease would mean subtracting 1/3 of the original 1/3, or 1/9

so, 1/3 to 2/9 is a 33.3% decrease
