depends on the half-life. If it is t years, then it will take x years, where
(1/2)^(x/t) = 0.7
x/t = log0.7/log0.5
x = 0.5145t years
(1/2)^(x/t) = 0.7
x/t = log0.7/log0.5
x = 0.5145t years
